Our somewhat ambitious pencil exhibit Death by Carbon opened with a reception on March 25th. The turnout was really inspiring! We're grateful to everyone who came out and for those who weren't free that night but have since come by to see the show. We were also flattered that Alicia Hill of the LaGrange Daily News attended the show and wrote a really nice review of it. I think she not only understood our interest in a an exhibit dedicated to drawing, but also the more personal connections Amber and I felt about the drawings. I'm even ok with the photo that accompanied the article--shown below--which is a real surprise given how finnicky I am about how I look in pictures. Thanks Alicia and LaGrange Daily News!!!!
